Planning Your Visit

Our practice is based in the D.C. Metro Area. We are open by appointment only for both in-person and telehealth sessions. We ask that you submit all required forms and confirm that your session has been successfully scheduled before joining us. To protect our patients and help slow the spread of coronavirus, we follow specific health and safety guidelines as well as request that you shift to telehealth sessions if you are exposed, at risk, or feeling unwell.

Conveniently located near Dupont Circle, our practice is easily accessible by public transit and is just a few blocks from the Red Line Dupont Circle North Entrance.

Nearby Parking

If you are driving, please give yourself ample time to find parking. Limited street parking is available in two-hour increments for non-residents. Alternatively, you may consider using SpotHero to secure parking at a nearby garage.

Our Practice

After submitting your forms, scheduling your session, and reviewing our COVID policy, follow the steps below to join us in person.

Our practice is located at 1800 R Street NW at the intersection of R St NW and 18th St NW.
There is a buzz box to the LEFT of the building entrance doors. Enter CODE 08 to be buzzed into the building.
Once your hear the door buzz, walk through the FRONT MIDDLE doors into the lobby (not the side doors to your left or right).
Once inside the main lobby, walk past the elevators. The door to our practice is #C8 (on your LEFT).
Enter our waiting room and help yourself to tea or water until your clinician comes to get you for your session.
If you are the first session of the day and you arrive before your clinician, we may still buzz you into the building but the door to our practice will be locked. In this case, please wait in the main lobby until your clinician arrives.
If you have any issues on the day of your session, please contact your clinician directly.

PATIENT FORMS

We require all patient forms to be submitted through our patient portal prior to scheduling. Your session cannot be scheduled until we receive your forms.

PATIENT SCHEDULING

We ask that you confirm your session has been successfully scheduled before joining us. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 7-day notice to make any shifts.

PATIENT SAFETY

We request that you shift to telehealth if you are exposed to coronavirus, are feeling unwell, or go to a heavily populated indoor event/establishment (including airplanes).
